We held internal meetings to prepare for the recertification of ISO 14001 and 45001 that our company holds.
In addition to the Construction Safety Group that promotes ISO activities, the Construction Planning and Design Group and the General Affairs Group also participated. This allows us to gather a wide range of perspectives and opinions, not just from the field.
We actively incorporate good ideas and, following the identification and root cause analysis of areas for improvement, as well as the consideration and implementation of improvement measures, we are working toward the institutionalization of these improvements.
