Our Planning and Design Group, Construction Management Group, Construction Engineering Group, and Safety and Environment Group work in unison to check facility drawings and on-site actual construction, identify and analyze possible risks from various angles, and reflect them in construction plans to prevent occupational accidents.

The Human Resource Development Training Center will be expanded to enhance basic skills.

The training center will assign dedicated instructors (senior alumni) who will spend time teaching the names and designations of materials at demolition sites, as well as how to use and apply materials, until they are actually on site, thereby enhancing the basic skills. of each trainee.
In addition, the Safety and Environment Group will use hazard prediction activities and ISO 45001 training manuals to raise safety awareness at construction sites.
